I see that even though the session order has changed a bit, the session intervals for Fridays & Saturdays are still longer than the standard 2h30min, even though neither qualifying session has those pre-session formalities (which sprint has) to consider for the overall interval.
The race start time being 15:00, i.e., an hour later than what used to be the Chinese GP start time for a while pre-hiatus, is somewhat contradictory with the Australian & Japanese GPs start 4+ hours before sunset (likewise, Azerbaijan & Sao Paulo GPs, for that matter), but perhaps back to 14:00 next year with sunset times at 18:06 & 18:07 for next year’s track action days, so only marginally over 3 hours if 15:00 were kept for next year’s edition.

I think you can stream WEC on (HBO) Max in the US. Not on regular TV though.

The rights are owned by Warner, which had it on the (now apparently discontinued) MotorTrend and also Max platforms, where it should still be available.

Rather surreal to think how much has changed since we last raced in 2019, honestly feels like decades ago & F1 in itself is hardly recognizable in many respects.
